Full Plate Living Connect Group

Tuesday, May 20 6:00-7:30pm

The Health Ministry Team will be hosting a Full Plate Living Connect Group each quarter starting Tuesday, May 20. This group is open to everyone and will support the adoption of Full Plate Living healthy eating habits and facilitate connections with those who are on the same journey.  We will provide a few learning points and serve a light meal.  We also welcome anyone to bring a favorite recipe and/or food sample of a favorite recipe to share if interested.  There is no fee or pre-registration needed.  Bring your family, friends, neighbors, and community members.  You can learn more at fullplateliving.org.
