Tiffany Lyons, MBA, NP, is a Naturopathic Practitioner with a focus on women’s health. She will speak on the connection between the emotional and physical, and the importance and benefits of hormone balancing.
Balancing hormones and syncing with your natural cycle is a powerful way to support emotional healing, sustainable weight looss, and stable blood sugar levels. When you align your nutrition, movement, and lifestyle with the phases of your menstrual cycle, you work with your body instead of against it—reducing stress, improving insulin sensitivity, and supporting mood-regulating hormones.
